Walkway Steps

The walkway steps are designed to create safe access up & down a roof slope. The Ascent walkway tread is a free draining & anti-slip surface and the system affords protection to both the user & the roof.

The walkway steps have been engineered as part of a walkway system that can fit to a wide range of roof types. Creating safe access & affording protection to the roof surface, prolonging its lifespan.

The Ascent™ walkway step system is approved for use on The Kalzip Standing Seam roofing system & is manufactured in accordance with CE Marked Fabrications and are tested to BS EN 516:2006 Class 1 Type C & BS EN ISO 14122-2 & Part 3:2016

The Ascent™ aluminium walkway steps can be used upon a range of roof types including; metal profile, composite, built up on site, slate, tile as well as standing seam both bulb type & traditional standing seam roofs such as lead & zinc roofs. Where required handrail can be provided to one or both sides of the walkway, either with or without toe board.
