Ladder To Hatch

An Ascent™ ladder can provide access on to a roof via a roof access hatch or Automatic Opening Vent (AOV). These ladders are often located at the head of a stair well or in a maintenance room and as a result space is often at a premium. The Ascent™ fixed ladder design can be fitted with a space saving “L-bracket” fixing kit, with hoops starting at approx 2300 the footprint of the ladder is kept to a minimum.

When combined with an Ascent™ ladder guard to prevent unauthorised access & a ladder-up post at the head the Ascent™ ladder system creates a complete roof access system.

The Ascent™ ladders are manufactured under 1090 factory production control procedures allowing CE certification of the product. The ladder can be supplied in either Mild steel galvanised or Aluminium. The Ascent™ ladders are designed in accordance with BS EN ISO 14122-4:2106
